Refresh the page to see the sunrays change colour and length!

Above is the third and final piece for my creative coding assignment, named As The Sun Goes Down. With the theme of randomisation in mind I created this art piece which displays a colourful sun with sunrays that change colour and length each time the screen is refreshed. I chose the name as the sun goes down as the sketch depicts the various colours and sunrays that appear during the setting of the sun. I used a for loop to randomise the length of the sunrays so that they appear to be rotating and changing through the different stages of the sun setting. I also created a sunset pallete through the use of an array to further improve the aesthetics of the sketch. Black and white was used for the background to create a simple pattern that helped to showcase the sun in a more creative way.
